Customers can cancel service before the technician is dispatched without incurring charges.

If cancellation occurs after the technician arrives, a visit charge may apply.

Refund Policy

Service charges are generally non-refundable once work is completed.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Service could not be completed
• Payment was made in error
• A duplicate payment occurred

Spare Parts

Installed spare parts are non-refundable unless defective.
